Beacon Hub LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the Astro service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. The descriptions below include the TryAstro relationship-dashboard offer shown at /flows/main.
Information you provide: For the relationship-dashboard offer, we collect your email address, quiz responses and relationship preferences, and a photo if you choose to capture or upload one for the partner visualization. We also collect the information needed to process your purchase. Card details are transmitted directly to our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
Automatically collected: We collect standard web analytics data including IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URLs.
All payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider. Your payment card information is transmitted directly to the processor and is not stored on our servers. We retain only a transaction reference, the last four digits of the card, and the card brand for receipts and refund handling.
For the /flows/main relationship-dashboard offer, the default purchase is a $15.00 one-time charge. If you actively check the subscription enrollment box, the plan charges $15.00 today and then $15.00 every 28 days until you cancel. We use payment records to administer access, receipts, renewals where applicable, support, and refunds. See our Terms of Service for the product and billing details.
