These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Astro ("Service"), operated by Beacon Hub LLC, 2332 Galiano Street, 2nd Floor, Coral Gables, FL 33134.

1. Product and Billing — Relationship Dashboard

This section describes the offer reached through /flows/main. Other TryAstro offers may include different features, prices, trials, or renewal terms; the details displayed at their checkout apply to those purchases.

What you receive. The main offer provides digital access to the TryAstro relationship dashboard, including a personalized relationship profile, relationship and compatibility insights, and a creative partner visualization. The visualization is a feature of the platform, not a promise to identify or depict a real future partner. No physical goods are shipped.

• One-time access — $15.00. You are charged $15.00 today for the digital access described at checkout. This option does not enroll you in a subscription or create future recurring charges.
• Optional recurring plan — $15.00 every 28 days. Only if you check the enrollment box at checkout, you are charged $15.00 today and then $15.00 every 28 days until you cancel. Leaving the box unchecked keeps the one-time purchase.

Cancellation. If you opt into the recurring plan, you can cancel future renewals from your account, by emailing support@tryastro.org, or by calling 954 507 0767. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not reverse a charge already made. There is nothing to cancel for the one-time option.

Price changes. The price displayed and accepted at checkout applies to your purchase.

2. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email support@tryastro.org or call us at 954 507 0767 within 30 days of the charge and we will refund your purchase in full. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

3. Nature of the Service

TryAstro provides digital relationship-profile software, including personalized insights and optional visualizations. These features are for entertainment and self-reflection, not professional advice or a prediction of a specific person, relationship, or future event.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. Intellectual Property

The TryAstro software, dashboard, reports, visualizations, artwork, and copy are protected by intellectual-property rights and may not be reproduced without permission. Your purchased digital content is for your personal, non-commercial use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email where you have provided one.

8. International Users & GDPR

Astro is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other regions with data protection laws, the following applies:

• Legal basis for processing: We process your personal data on the basis of contract performance (to deliver the product you purchased) and legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement).
• Your rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, email support@tryastro.org or call us at 954 507 0767. We will respond within 30 days.
• Data transfers: Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms where required.
• Supervisory authority: If you are in the EEA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
• California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of sale. We do not sell personal data. Contact us to exercise your rights.
